Benefitting

  • Camp KidJam

3rd and 4th Graders will learn what it means to Rock This Planet through Jam Sessions, Small Group Time, Track Time, and Game Time. They will see how God used Peter to start a ripple effect that would change the world! In the story of Peter, every kid can discover how God wants to do amazing things with anyone who follows Jesus.

  • Transit Camp

Transit Camp is an unforgettable 4 days just for Middle Schoolers set in the majestic foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. With worship, small group Bible Study, zip lining, bonfires, horseback riding, hummer rides, ropes course, and new this year white water rafting, this will be an unforgettable week. Escaping and unplugging from the busyness around us will allow the group to not only grow closer to each other but more importantly make deeper connections with their Heavenly Father.

  • Big Stuf Camp

Big Stuf is a 4-day summer camp that takes place on the beautiful beaches of Panama City Beach, Florida. We all want to live a prime life. A life that matters. A life worth living. Culture tells us that a prime life is full of success, achievement, and recognition. But, what if those things don’t actually define a prime life? What if living in your prime is less about what you do and more about the way you live? We believe a prime life is possible — one full of adventure, splendor and glory — and Jesus has the answer. This summer, find out how to live in your prime by discovering what it means when Jesus said, “I have come that they may have life and have it to the full”.

  • River of Life

River of Life is aimed at enabling youth and adults, from many different churches, to come together to express the love of Jesus Christ by ministering to the people through exterior home repairs and improvements. River of Life is also committed to the conversion and disciplining of each participant into a passionate devotion to Jesus Christ and the understanding that Christianity is a life of ministry to others, especially to those in need. Students will stay at the church each night as if they were going on a mission trip out of state.

  • Gray Matter Mission Projects

Jesus said to his disciples, "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” (Acts 1:8)

Gray/Jones County is our Jerusalem and we want the people to know we at FBC love them and want to serve right here.

Our students will be taking up this charge each month as they do various mission projects throughout our community.

  • City Lights & Hallow Nights

This now annual event is another way we are saying that Gray Matters. City Lights and Hallow Nights will be at FBC this year on October 22nd. We are partnering with several other churches to host an event for the entire community in order to let them know God loves you and we as the Church do too and would love to tell you and your family even more about him.
